The portal is a compendium of knowledge and experience. Every customer contributes to the building of the portal. It starts small but grows into an ocean of knowledge. Every question we answer, every issue we solves goes into the portal. We maintain the portal and grow the portal so it will be available for decades to come.

Basic users only get access to the public knowledge on the portal. Everyone else has their own private sections that they can choose to share, or horde. Sharing means others will share with you. The more knowledge we all have the better we maintain our equipment.

We have established a detailed list of vendors that can supply parts and equipment for various projects. Whatever you need to maintain your fleet we either have, or can find. Power supplies, power electronics, fans, inverters, modules, routers, network devices, capacitors, you name we and we will source it.

Each of our service plans offers preferred pricing and priority ordering for our customers. Get the parts you need to maintain your up time. Ensure your equipment operates at full capacity for longer.

We offer email and chat support to all tiers of customers. Phone support only is reserved for extended and unlimited customers. Chat and Email support may sound lame, but we can assure you that it is powerful. You get everything but the silky sound of our voices. You have to ask yourself, is speaking directly on the phone with us worth the price?

Phone support is only for the most committed customers who need instant responses. What does it cost to ensure that your inverter isn't down for a full 12 hours? Is it worth bumping up to that higher tier?

Each Plan has a customized service level agreement. Our primary metric within our support system is how quickly we respond to you, and how quickly we get the solution into your hands. The SLA governs that, and we provide a guarantee backed by our own money to ensure we meet the requirements of the SLA every time.
